The Broadway Street Fair in Astoria was within a short walk of where I live. I went there, toting my camera because I thought there might be some interesting photos.

 

I bought a white cap here, just like the one I was wearing. It's great when it's hot & sunny. The mesh on the side keeps your head cool.
