Pollo Vivo

This is on 31st Street just south of 36th Avenue. Sometimes the smell carries for a block or more. They deliver.

 

When I was growing up in the Bronx many years ago, there was a market that had live chickens in the back. When you wanted a chicken, you got a very fresh one. Same here.
