For 27 years, Romania and Hungary have fielded the region’s first mixed battalion - an enduring example of military cooperation. At exercise WISE FORESIGHT 25, Romanian and Hungarian troops fought side by side in urban operations, trench warfare, and drone / helicopter‑supported tactical missions - a true test of operational collaboration and rapid reaction. Our soldiers come from the 191st Infantry Battalion “Colonel Radu Golescu,” renowned for international partnerships and deployments. What unites us?
