Extra yolks

A dozen yolks

2 T olive oil

pinch of salt

2 T gluten (because I don't have semolina)

flour to make a dough

little bit of water to adjust dough

 

Used my KitchenAid dough hook and pasta roller. Used to do it hand-cranked, then used the little machine for something crafty and toxic (oops). Decided to give myself a treat and got the roller/cutter that uses the mixer's power takeoff.
