Monday: Piegan Pass

Standing next to a tiny little tree. Most of the trees at this altitude where stunted.

 

Also, it was getting pretty windy. The ranger had told us the wind was gusting over the pass at 60mph (96km/hour). We were still pretty sheltered by the trees and by the mountains, but it was definitely windy.

 

That is my excuse for my hair.
