Day 6- Hospital

Casey's chemo schedule is as follows:

Week 1: Methotrexate

Week 2: Doxorubicin/Cisplatin

Week 3-4: Home

Week 5: Methotrexate

Week 6: Ifosfamide

Week 7-8: Home

And repeat. Dox/cis and ifosfamide are really hard on her, and she needs blood after them. She is over a week out of dox/cis (which usually isn't AS bad), and this is her second transfusion.

 

Also today, I met the professor whose lab I want to work in. I'll find out next week if I have a job.
