Ernest on deck

No, he does not play baseball. Though with those mitts, he'd be a natural.

 

We've been letting him out on the deck to enjoy the outdoors. In limited doses, and always supervised. His innate lack of catlike curiosity makes him a relatively poor flight risk, in that he has little interest in going over or under the proverbial wall.

 

And he really likes it out there.
