278/365: Cocoa Trio, Borders, Beverly

I really like this area of Chicago but hadn't been here in a while, so I hadn't had a Cocoa Trio here yet (to anyone new to this, I'm drinking one at every Borders in Chicagoland, and other cities if I can manage it!). Reading a book about downtowns...very far from downtown Chicago.
