Note Christmas lights visible, tree is on sun porch which has only one solid stucco wall. That object on ceiling? A smoke detector etc. Arched shutters lead to hall and the second bath/bedroom, and when closed the area becomes a second master suite. My electronics closet is in that hallway, behind the TV. TV wall mount swivels all around, we can watch from kitchen or living room actually. When I hook up IR repeater, no wires or cable box will show. I love UP lighting, to bounce off ceiling avoids any unattractive shadows and when dimmed it pairs well with candlelight for dining. Since remodeling, the dining room which was very dis-functional, isolated and uninviting, became a central feature tying the whole house together. Interior shutters are one of my favorite things, since they permit privacy and air circulation for central heat and a/c....very important considerations in our south Alabama climate.
