Premium 4 Cassette Emulator

This prototype uses an Atmel AVR ATMega1284 because it was on hand but the next version will use a smaller AVR. The headers are for ISP and serial (FTDI cable). The jumpers switch the SPI lines between the radio and ISP. One pushbutton is for reset, the other triggers the "cassette inserted" behavior.
