Male Indigo Bunting (Passerina cyanea) 124/365 May-4

This is a first spring male. Since he is not in his full adult plumage, he looks a little scruffy. Indigo Buntings are found in most of the mid-west and eastern United States. They are just passing through West Texas heading north.

For my ongoing bird-a-day project for 2017.
