First day back at work after couple of weeks off..

Busy day genuine patients and then two hours late off as Northern General Hospital a/e had come to a full stop and no patients were moving anywhere..! Sigh.. :)

Never mind, home now with a nice Wainwright brew and a lovely Jill prepared tea!!
