I bent the rules for this project a little, as the subject and I have to know each other before I plan the photo. I'm not sure if Tallulah knew who I was before I took her picture at the spontaneous "road-e-que" that took place up the street. But Tallulah's part of a great group of people - the Kamps and the Henrys - whom I've seen and known since I moved to Peaks when I was four. Throughout the nine months before Tallulah was born, it became obvious that somebody new was coming to Peaks every time Chelsea walked by our house. This is the only picture where Tallulah isn't a complete blur of motion. Cute!!
