"It is selfish not to have a good relationship with yourself because the relationship you have with yourself serves as the foundation for all other relationships. If you don't start out with a good foundation, all other relationships will face additional stress. Without loving, respecting, and accepting yourself, it's much more difficult (if not impossible)to love, respect, and accept others. Love yourself first."
