"Even on the worst day, in the middle of the worst mood, gratitude can uplift you. When you find yourself between a rock and an emotional hard place, consider all the things you have to be thankful for. Take out a blank piece of paper and make a list of all you have to be grateful for. The act of thinking thankfully can brighten even the darkest days."
