Basted - Front

So close and yet so far! I had an extended lunch break today (I'd given lab meeting in the morning a felt it was justified) so I smoothed and pinned for an hour getting a blister on my middle finger and suspicious looking bruises on my knees.

 

I'm taking inspiration from here for my quilting. Wish me luck!
