Indeed, she is worrying about my heath lately and obviously her mind isn't in peace neither. Tomorrow will be the last part of ECG scanning and the report will be out too, we are expecting the heart specialist to explain what actually went wrong during the first episode and the tilt test too.

 

A friend of mine sent me an article on "11-hour work days can harm your heart, study shows", especially one of the paragraph reported, "Working long days is associated with a remarkable increase in risk of heart disease," said Mika Kivimaki of Britain's University College London, who led the research. He said it may be a "wake-up call for people who overwork themselves." That said and make me start to believe that, my heart is acting strange after the running/jogging, it should be slow down the heartbeating apparently it takes ages to slow down. Given the fact that i have been in shift works for years and recently overloaded. And just like today, i have 14 hours sleep. Initially thought of having a short nap at 5pm evening and end up wake up in the next morning. That's truly shown how exhausts I am.

 

Just leave everything behind my mind now, not to think so much and always believe that phrase, "Let the nature take its course..." We will see what would the heart specialist advised and work it from there.
