I'm a hustla, baby!

 

So check out the story behind THIS one:

I LOVE gardening. Yeah, that's how this starts. I was looking for a way to conserve the few seeds I was able to harvest from my garden, and hopefully also save new seeds from veggies I buy in the next few months. After a lot of thinking and researching, I decided plastic baggies were the way to go. Especially after seeing the price on Amazon! At that price, I HAD to buy 500 of them. And then I felt like a major drug dealer. Especially now that my recommendations on Amazon include things like scales :P

So I HAD to stick with my theme for today's 365 when my package came in today! After I neatly bagged and labeled my dried seeds, I busted out ALL THREE of my speedlites for this bad boy. I don't think I've ever used all three lights before now! Normally I like to use whatever light is available and just enhance it with fill light and maybe some more general brightness, but this is one of the first times I've really gone for a more moody scene where the artificial lighting is setting the tone. I've also never been so thankful for my incredibly grungy apartment :D

 

So stoked with how it came out, and so so so so happy with the edit! I LOVE when I get to use textures. Some photos just call for them.
