Mexican Breakfast at Jackson, Wyoming

In Jackson we decided we had to eat in each state on our way to Vegas. Breakfast in Wyoming, lunch in Utah and dinner in Nevada.

 

We had a lot of trouble finding a place for breakfast in the center of Jackson, so we ended up in this Mexican diner. I hope there is better breakfast to be found in Jackson...
