Valrhona-chokolade

Enjoying a glass of hot chocolate at "Le Blanc" cafe at Sct. Petri Hotel in Copenhagen. A few minutes later our delicious cakes arrived. Big black plates, with three pieces of crumble-cakes decorated with mint-leaves and rasberries. It was almost too much of a mouthful, but I managed to finish my plate.

 

I do not have a picture of the cake, but I actually made a sketch which might get added to my photo-stream some day.
