Some cedar waxwings landed in my Japanese maple tree yesterday. I noticed them from my desk, reached for my camera, and went to the window. Luckily, they didn't fly away immediately, and I was able to get this shot (through the window). It's heavily cropped and significantly de-noised, so the feather details aren't there, but otherwise it's SOOC. Aren't the pattern and colors lovely?
