What a difference a few days can make, last week the weather was so bad the water in the reservoir looked as choppy as the North Sea, the water was spraying over the dam wall, where I’m standing. The whole scene, even though it’s August, looked like something from a winter storm. Yesterday evening about half an hour before sunset, there was hardly a breath of wind and everything was calm. A large family of ducks were creating a few ripples in the distance but that was all.
