CSA Week 5

I really need to work on my CSA pictures. I was trying to catch the last of the sunlight today but the skies opened up not long after I made it home with our CSA harvest.

 

Week 5 harvest:

- 4 lbs. Sugar Snap Peas (yes, 4!)

- 1/2 lb. Dragon Langerie

- 1/2 lb. Green Beans

- 1 head Garlic

- 1 bunch Japanese Turnips

- 1 bunch Carrots

- 2 heads lettuce

- 1/3 lb. Baby Kale

 

I am very tired of Japanese turnips. This is our third pickup with a bunch of them. On the new front, I've never seen or cooked with Dragon Langerie. Anyone have ideas?
