'Breaking Day'

I find this time of day very fascinating, this was at 05:49am, when the sunrise was to be at 07:04am. The Zodiacal light was so strong, it seemed like daylight even to the eyes, yet the Milky Way still stood her ground and dominated the sky. Colours were strewn onto the clouds well before they were due.

 

This sunrise took forever to surface above that horizon.
