first month of the year 2018 around "Südbrücke" cologne
a clear and cold january evening
with beautiful reflections on the surface of the water
thanks for the flooding on the river rhine
500cm
ilford fp4
sonar4-150c
55 seconds (a bit too long!)
a few details about my approach to get such a photo:
well i measured with the spotmeter (2°).
first the bright areas on the bridge piers
second the dark areas in the front right corner in the water
this gave me a time of 15 second at f8 @ISO100.
the addition of 40 seconds to account for the *Schwarzschild effect resulted in the 55 seconds for the final image

no filter
a cable remote release
closed WLF...
...yes the WLF should always be closed at longer exposure
homedeveloped
Ilfosol3 for 4min.30 seconds @20°C
the recipe:
I edit and archive my pictures with ps-lightroom
the bnw's, especially this, additionally with SilverEfexPro2
However, I do not use any defaults that can be found too often in Efex Pro! At least for my few night shots I use SilverEfexPro2 to emphasize certain areas in the picture more.
