Happy St David's Day, 2014!

I grew these daffodils in a tub indoors from some bulbs I found in the shed. I shot the first flower when it emerged in February, indoors using natural window light. I found I could be quite bold with my Photoshop adjustments to emphasis various parts of the flower, in some cases achieving an almost abstract image.
