Replicating something which would have been a familiar everyday sight on route 65 up until the OPO conversion of the route to MCW Metrobuses in February 1986, RM 2208 is seen at the last northbound bus stop for routes 65 and N65 towards Ealing Broadway station in Bond Street in Ealing town centre. The parade of Victorian shops along Bond Street in the background add some character to the photo which makes up for the modern bus stop post and ugly street furniture on the left of the photo. This photo also shows the newly-laid Treadmaster flooring installed on RM 2208's rear platform to good effect.
