Bay Adelaide East

The east tower is the second tower of three planned for this development by Brookfield. This tower has a floor area of 91,045 square meters (980,000 sq ft) and a height of 44 stories. There is also a 6-story podium extending to the northwest corner of Yonge and Adelaide West. With current low interest rates and Canadian economic stability, development money seems to be piling in. Vacancy rates in the city’s historic towers are negligible and a number of other recently constructed towers have filled up shortly after their respective openings.
