A Beautiful Beginning to a Most Threatening Day.

"Red sky in the morning, shepherd's warning".

The old saying was certainly true just before dawn and for a few minutes afterward. I saw the potential whilst upstairs for a few photographs and dashed outside but the sky had changed as the full orb of the Sun appeared. I just made the best job that I could and grabbed half a dozen exposures with an interesting foreground.
