Street Photography: commuters

This is my first attempt at the genre of Street Photography, so I'm not claiming any special skills in this field.
I wanted to develop a theme in the genre as a project, and picked commuters as a group that most of us can relate to.
The shots have been taken and compiled over about 1 month and are presented as a complete set to be viewed in one sitting.
I found taking the shots a huge challenge - they are all candid and it's hard to be anonymous in public places. There is also the risk of being stopped by officials in these places. Finally, lighting is a big constraint and flash is not possible, so the challenge of noise and slow shutter speeds is ever visible.
Anyway - I hope you see something in these you like. They have stretched my skills to compile them.
