'Schumi' is in his third season with Mercedes AMG Petronas after his comeback from his first period of retirement.
At Suzuka he qualified 12th fastest but started the race from 22nd following a 10 place grid pentalty for causing a collision at the last Grand Prix in Singapore.
Schumacher, 40, is a seven time F1 World Champion and arguably the greatest racing driver of all time.
