Skyline Ektachrome ER 1965

My latest attempt to get something useful out of my lifetime supply of Ektachrome ER from 1965. This film was poorly stored and I'm still trying to find an exposure speed and a development scheme that will get something useful. This was a roll shot at ISO 20 from a Kiev 19 with a Nikkor 43-86mm non-AI zoom lens. The other negatives were unusable but I had an issue with the camera and part of the roll was exposed. Developed in PAP developer:

PAP developer (use at 80 degrees F)

800 ML Water

50 gm sodium sulfite

25 gm sodium hydroxide

5 gm para aminophenol hydrochloride

Water to 1L

Dilute 1:4 for use one shot

Developed for 3:30 minutes with typical agitation (3 turns every 60 seconds) and appears to be overdeveloped? Dunno. Fixed in Ilford Hypam 1:4. for 5 minutes. .....

Every time I try to shoot this film something happens mechanically that interferes with the test.... I believe they are called gremlins....
