Julia

I admit, lately I was often a bit disillusioned and frustrated in SL. And focused a lot of my energy into Pictures and my home rather than people.

 

Yesterday though I got an unexpected visitor. Julia, my oldest friend of many years, came to visit. Months ago she exiled to Canada with her partner and built a new life there. But she came to visit and I couldn't help but to drop everything I was doing and we sat down and talked for hours. It was like no time had passed and we shared our experiences, our joys and sorrows. And when we finally parted and went to bed.. my mind was clear. Clearer as it has been in weeks

 

Sometimes all it takes is a friend, a true friend, who simply listens and understands, no matter what. Thank you Julia, you're the best. And we will visit each other more 💕
