Milosh Kosanovich says: Besides being perfectly exposed, composed, and perfect depth of field, a really interesting subject as well. I never knew snakes have blue tongues or drink from garden hoses. There is no way I would ever get close enough to take this shot, not even with a really long lens. Thanks for sharing.

Milosh Kosanovich says: I'm a real sucker for chapel interiors. Most times people don't really capture the feeling of the place and resort to over processing. (Myself included.) The detail here is excellent and the monochrome effect really is a good choice. The point of view is great, I don't think most people would think of shooting from far in the back.

Milosh Kosanovich says: A great example of how a photograph can capture a scene in a way and in a place that most people will never see in person.

Milosh Kosanovich says: Just a beautiful ordinary place that people probably drive through every day without even thinking about what they're seeing. Great capture.

Milosh Kosanovich says: I can't even think of all the things that had to come together to make this beautiful scene. A storm front, the sun, and of course the photographer being there at the right place and the right time, which I'm sure was due as much to planning as to luck. I'm jealous.

Milosh Kosanovich says: B&W is a good choice here, a classic shot well done.

Milosh Kosanovich says: Well executed. I thought for a moment that it is out of focus, but the shoe dispels that idea. Perfect choice of shutter speed, a little shorter and this would look completely static, and a little longer would have destroyed it.

Milosh Kosanovich says: I'm just fascinated by this photo. I don't know what it is, but it's pretty.

Milosh Kosanovich says: Definitely proves that you have to be at the right place at the right time. A good exposure, although the horizon bothers me a bit (a pet peeve), I still like this photo enough to want to go there some day. My bucket list photo of the day!

Milosh Kosanovich says: I really like the softness in her face being opposed to the detail, almost looks like chainmail, in her blouse. A nice composition, just enough of little bits of things left in the frame to add a lot of depth.

Milosh Kosanovich says: Just a plain beautiful photograph of an interesting subject. I like photos that make me think a little bit, not a jigsaw puzzle that takes hours to assemble, but something that keeps me looking for a bit. With this one, I can't quite see if this was taken in a confined space or not, due to the canopy being flattened out, and I don't want to read the description to find out.

Milosh Kosanovich says: A touching photo. Did you notice the flag on the building in the background? The framing really adds to this, almost makes it look like we're seeing this on the nightly news.
