There is a company called 'SAP' in South Tipperary that buys acres and acres of land throughout the whole area, and plants 100's of 1000's ( no exageration ) of tiny trees. They sell them when they are quite large for 1000's of euros. The owner must be a millionaire !
This is just one of the plantations that I sneaked into on a Sunday, when there were no workers around.
