Dorothy Hodgkin got a new plaque to replace the grey rectangular one which didn't fit in with the newer hexagonal models. Note that they still managed to change the design again, but I suppose that difference isn't too disruptive. That's on the Inorganic Chemistry Lab, South Parks Road.
