Contax 159MM w/ Carl Zeiss Planar 85/1.4
The Contax 159MM is my favorite 35mm camera of all time. Period. It has a great set of features (1/4000 top shutter speed, programmed and aperture-priority auto-exposure, exposure compensation +/- 2 stops, etc.), but there is no LCD, no mode dial, no motor drive, nothing at all that takes away from the shooting experience. Shutter button, two knobs and an aperture ring, that's all you need. It's also a pretty small camera, about the same size as my Contax G1 rangefinder. To me, it is the perfect combination of size, features, quality build, and functional design. Oh yeah, and there's an entire line of amazing Carl Zeiss glass to use on it, like the 85/1.4 shown here. Unfortunately my 159MM is currently sidelined with a broken shutter, but hopefully it will be repaired soon!
