Shops were allowed to re-open again per 28/04/2021 with a maximum of shoppers inside. This meant lining up at popular stores like Primax, H&M, Zara, JD Sports and Footlocker. There was no need for reservations anymore. Face coverings remained mandatory.
The date of 28/04/2021 was also the end of the curfew in the Netherlands.
