A new McDonald's restaurant in Amsterdam, it has been a while. The most recently added store was the one part of World of Food along the Daalwijkdreef in the Bijlmer opened in 2015. The city council of Amsterdam is strongly opposed to new fast food restaurants. But now McDonald's has suddenly been deployed to save the distressed (much vacant) shopping center Buikslotermeerplein. And here we are; a brandnew instore McDonald's restaurant featuring a McCafé and located near Febo and the market.
