RECIPE FROM MY CUISINE

πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“

INGREDIENTS:

- Strawberries

- rice

- shallot

- white wine

- very soft cheese (like the one you use for cheesecake)

- vegetable broth

- oil

- salt

 

PROCEDURE

- Pour some oil into a large pot

- chop the shallot

- when the oil is warm pour the chopped shallot

- brown for few seconds

- pour the rice and toasted

pour some white wine

- when the rice is toasted, pour some broth and begin to cook mixing

- mash the strawberries on a plate with a fork

- remember to add some salt

- when the rice is rather ready pour the strawberries and cook for one or two minutes more

- when everything is ready, switch the fire off and put the cheese mixing quickly

- served decorated with fresh strawberries and if you like some fresh marjoram leaves
