Winter Aconite

No particular logic to this assembly, other than I liked the textures and tones of the various objects. Assembled on a small tray and shot from overhead, with one diffuse window light-source, coming in from the back (now the top). Now that the snow's cleared, the aconites are flowering profusely, lighting up the bare ground with their shiny yellow flowers — they are members of the buttercup family, and are now naturalised in the UK.
