Mincemeat and Marzipan Tarts.

Going for a more Nordic look instead of the warmer tones used in previous shots - quite fitting, I think, for early January days that should (if it wasn't constantly raining) be cold and fresh and crisp! Rich, buttery pastry, tangy mincemeat and sweet, nutty marzipan make for a delicious combination.
