Autumn Comforts

The wheel turns... the days get colder and the nights longer. Winter is just around the corner and the urge to snuggle down and fight the oncoming darkness gets stronger and stronger. A bracing dog-walk then home to the comforts of a roaring fire and the warm rich smell of freshly baked fruit cake and strong fresh-brew coffee are an ever-present defence against the onslaught of the colder months.
