Winter Warmth, Lake Bled, Slovenia

 

I returned home at 7pm this evening after running two back to back photography workshops in Slovenia and I have been really looking forward to editing this image that I took yesterday at dusk of Lake Bled after heavy snow fell very early in the morning.

 

I genuinely mean this when I say that Slovenia is the prettiest, most visually stunning country I have ever seen and photographed after a decent snowfall. Every direction that you look, either while you are driving or when stood with your camera and tripod on location, the views are awe-inspiring.

 

I cannot wait to return in January 2025 and have those who join me experience what I have done this year (and last year and at the end of 2020).
