Nature's Torchlight, Buttermere, Lake District, UK

Captured one morning back in October 2015 during a 1-2-2 tuition day with a regular couple of clients of mine and I decided to take them to Buttermere for sunrise. Things did not look all too promising with the absence of any real colour but two hours after sunrise, these unbelievable sun rays suddenly appeared and lit up the pine trees in the most amazing way. The best I have ever seen Buttermere look and the rays really were this visible.
