Cat Nap

Hi again! I wanted to upload a picture to give everyone an update, but I can't hook my new computer up to the Internet right now (no wireless and no where to hook up the modem in my room) so an Instagram shot of my roommate's cat will have to do. :)

 

I've been making some big plans while I've been gone! Like, life changing kind of plans. ...In August I will be packing up everything I can fit into my car and a friend and I are moving out to Los Angeles!! :D

 

I'm beyond excited (and a tiny bit scared shitless). I finally decided to stop being all talk and actually do something to make my dreams come true. It's going to be a huge change. I'm going to be leaving everyone and everything I know behind and starting over in a new city where I won't know anyone...and I'm going to have to finally learn how to stick to a budget (seriously LA, why must you be so expensive?!), but I know it will be so worth it!

 

I'm going to start uploading again soon, but not every day. I'll participate in groups & maybe finish up some of my little projects, but my 365 is staying dead. Maybe once I get settled in LA I'll start a new one. The next 4 months or so are going to be hectic enough as it is, so I don't want to start a project I know I won't be able to keep up with.

 

PS - If anyone has any advice about living in LA, or a cross country move, or job hunting, anything really, I would definitely welcome it. :)
