Surfing is surprisingly hard work. You can even see the point when I couldn't be bothered carrying my board any further.

Suffering from the yearly flu again, hopefully not of the swine variety (although I did walk around four wards full of swine flu cases yesterday). Lemsip & sea surfing memories.
