Recently I had a go at applying for a camera trainee position with the guild of british camera technicians. The interview lasted 10 minutes and I thought i'd made a right mess of it but then I was told i'd made it through to the final 12, 6 people getting the final job. That's coming up in under 2 weeks, a week of training followed by assesments argh! Anyway I took some of my grubby unwashed prints like this one along so the romantic photographer in me is hoping that the grubby look is what got me through :) As a point of interest, this is what an unwashed print looks like after about 5 months.
More printing coming soon I hope, very good soul therapy (especially with some Marvin Gaye on the radio in the darkroom. The numbers on the radio clock are actually safe-light-red too, perfect!)......plus my printing sucks.
