Allied Power

Olympus OM - ERA iso100

First thing to say is that this Olympus OM (Jo's dad's old one that she was going to learn on) was the most schizophrenic camera i've ever handled. Even on totally manual mode it basically chose it's own shutter speed, usually around 1 or 2 seconds, which was no good. Not only that but it tore the film in two when I was rewinding it, also not good. Human error of being lazy in the developing and fogging the film by accident added the grain and voila!

Anyway, here's Jo at the Chester races after both of us could (just about) afford a break from working. Never been the horses before but it was great, we even saw Paul Chuckle! Jo won £25 too (profit of £20) which was super (the horse was called Allied Power and pipped the others at the post :). I lost about £10 :(
