Move Over Spring
Cosina CSM - Ilford HP5 iso400
Low quality scan (I didn't like it at first)
Creeping closer to Summer. This shot just says Summer to me: the VW camper van (that I don't own but would love to buy for Jo), a sleeping bag for camping (me and Jo planning our first proper overseas holiday this summer) and the light filtering in through the blinds on the morning before we head off. I know it's not spectacular but for me this makes me very excited :) It's funny how a picture can take on a completely different meaning at different times. I didn't place the objects there and I wasn't paying a large amount of attention to them at them time but, for now, they couldn't be better placed. I do wish that this one was in colour though. The only reason i'm not going back right away is just because i'm really enjoying developing my shots but I might just have to start carrying around a lomo too.

On an entirely different note, I was wondering if anyone has seen this photo before

I've just been reading a book on photography history and this one really jumped out at me, perhaps just because i'm absolutely fascinated by how the in-camera photographic process can make wonderful, natural effects. If you're interested with how this works then there's an article on it here:

My Cosina can't do this sort of thing, I should learn how to make this sort of thing though think. Maybe I should try the Oatmeal pinhole first though. It's great when you type something vague into google and the thing that you want comes up first :)
